What is the course about?

The Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner is designed for those who are involved with identifying training needs and finding training and learning solutions. Often they will be involved in sourcing appropriate delivery models but they may also be involved with the design of learning programmes whether face to face, blended, e-learning or digital. Individuals working within these roles will tend to have a good understanding of the organisation's strategies and will be able to match organisational need to training solutions.

What will be studied?

Core Units:

  • Developing yourself as an effective human resources of learning and development practitioner
  • Understanding organisations and the role of human resources
  • Recording, analysing and using human resources information

Optional Units:
Optional units will be discussed to match the apprenticeship with the job role. A choice of units can be selected
