Technical expertise in the use and deployment of: theories and models that underpin effective adult learning, different learning culture schools of thought. Legislation and policies that influence learning design. Change management methodologies. Principles of Project Management. Consultancy tools and techniques.
Business Understanding: organisational vision, mission, values, strategy and stakeholders. Internal and external markets. Links between learning and human resources and business performances. Stakeholder mapping. Measuring the impact and return on investment of learning within the organisation.
Management information and technology: Collection of data to analyse learning needs, impalement effective delivery and measure outcomes and impact. Identifying sources, trends and anomalies in data. Shaping internal information systems and the role they play in supporting learning. How technology supports learning delivering, including digital platforms and delivery channels.
Skills within the areas of: Consultancy, Developing a learning Culture, Budget and Resource Management, Facilitation Skills, Relationship Management.
