This course will give you the skills you need to improve your career prospectus, digital skills are now essential for almost every job.

• Creating documents and using your images
• Finding information and shopping safely online
• How to make a video call
• Basic troubleshooting when you get stuck
• How to protect y
• How to protect yourself against viruses, hackers and other online nasties

This course will also help improve your CV.

Training is available at two levels, Entry Level 3 and Level 1, so whether you have some digital experience or none at all you can access the right support
